Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service is for entertainment and social play. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not award cash prizes. Any virtual coins, credits, points, boosts, or other virtual items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or anything of monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn.

3) Accounts & security

• Keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity on your account, to the extent permitted by law.

4) In-app purchases (if offered)

If we offer optional purchases, you authorise us (or our payment providers/platforms) to charge the stated price (including any applicable taxes). Purchases are typically final and non-refundable unless required by New Zealand law or the relevant platform’s policy. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension/termination and/or reversal of credited Virtual Items.

5) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, unauthorised automation, or tampering with the Service.
• No harassment, hate, unlawful, or deceptive content or conduct.
• No attempts to access non-public areas, bypass security, or interfere with others’ use.
• No selling, trading, or transferring accounts or Virtual Items outside features we expressly provide.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, graphics, text, and trademarks. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own lawful entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove Virtual Items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from unauthorised access, outages, or errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights and remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

9) Governing law (New Zealand)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
